Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah Nadimpalli.
I am a Registered Nurse who holds a PhD in Nursing from New York University. I applied a research lens to address a problem I frequently witnessed and encountered as a mom: finding and securing great in-home childcare through self-search. After a lot of trial and error I realized parents and caregivers need to come together around a mutually agreed upon schedule FIRST before considering all the other important matching factors. Thus, CareCal was born.
